More clients and handle the work or more people and hope that you get more sales with those people?

As a business owner it can become overwhelming, so the easiest way to solve this is “I will work more hours till I have enough hours to get somebody to help me”. Usually no timeframe is set and this becomes the normal mode of operation and you wonder why your business isn’t growing.

If you have a good business model for getting more business take the step to get people or more people to help you now and work out a better margin to make it profitable. This model needs to be scalable, so it's really a hybrid of the 2 instead of one or the other.
