You make your decisions about what you do day to day don’t you?
Hold on then why are there things that you are doing that you want to change, but you are still doing them?
Making the changes that you want is not so simple, they are already programmed to happen another way.
These programs are habits and unless you are more specific as to which ones you need to change, then they are going to keep happening anyway (your environment).
You need to focus your thinking in the areas of change and have a plan to change them and then review when the changes have happened.
