Your business is understood through your customer's eyes, not your eyes.
It’s hard to get customers to understand your point of view, when they don’t even see your point of view in the first place.
Much easier to come from your customer's point of view. Communicate what your business does for them personally and then show them how your business is there for them with what they want.
That is easier said than done, There is a way to do this exact thing in a series of steps so you can put a process in place and do it repeatedly.
Steps to get there:
- 1First, you need to know what your business is and what specifically you are good at?
- 2Next, what is what you are good at in your customer's mind, how do they think about it?
- 3Find the words and the emotions your customers use when describing your business and what it does for them. Your success stories, look for the emotional words.
- 4Then last communicate your business in this way all the time to your customers. You will need to find impact statements you say upfront to get your customers and potential customers to listen to what you have to communicate.
