You will most probably have an expertise in a couple of these area’s and the goal is to strengthen them even more while expanding your knowledge on how to be better in the other area’s. In most cases its you being open to bring better people into your business than what you are in the other area’s and learn from them how they can make your business better.
Each week we will provide articles that will help you understand these area’s better, in some cases you will have much better knowledge than the articles because that is what you are great at. In other cases you will struggle to even understand what we are talking about. In both cases this is great for you 1. its a wake up to what you are great at and 2. in other cases where you need to start building a stronger base of knowledge.
