You need to be specific and tangible, with practical words as to what is going to result from, your action.
To keep the momentum going forward being specific you can now hold yourself accountable with the results of your actions. The results are not a failure or a success, it is feedback from your specific actions. The feedback will allow you to be more specific at each stage till you do get what you want.
